1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the atv10 platform and all its services. By accessing the atv10.lat website or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

atv10 provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and financial services. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases it may take longer due to verification requirements or the complexity of the banking method.

The following important conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where applicable.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). atv10 does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

atv10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. The terms below apply to all bonus offers.

Bonus usage examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance becomes ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance becomes ৳17,000.

Wagering calculation example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Additional bonus terms and conditions:

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds can be converted to real money.
• Any bonus that expires will be cancelled automatically.
• atv10 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse of a bonus offer is suspected, the bonus on the relevant account may be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games on the atv10 platform, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other categories.

• Game outcomes are entirely chance-based and determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• All games are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. The specific rules for each game are described in detail on that game's page.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the last result saved on the server will be considered final.
• Official sources are used to determine match results in the sports betting section.

atv10 reserves the right to set or change betting limits on any game. It is the user's responsibility to read the specific rules of a game before participating.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atv10 platform in order to maintain its fairness and security:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategically using multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus offers.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise manipulate gaming software.
• Using automated bots or software to operate games.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Stealing or making unauthorized use of another user's account information.
• Attempting cyber attacks or technical interference against the platform.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited conduct is found, atv10 may immediately close the account and reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.
